"The American people deserve real action to end the daily epidemic of gun violence that is stealing the lives of our children on campuses, in places of worship and on our streets," said Rep. Nancy Pelosi of California, the Democratic leader who is running for a second stint as House speaker.

Pelosi vowed to push for a range of actions to stem gun violence, including restrictions on high-capacity magazines and a measure allowing temporary removal of guns from people deemed an imminent risk to themselves or others.

Empty threats. A lot of noise signifying nothing. Any nonsense the House passes will be DOA in the Senate, and failing that, will be vetoed by the President.

End gun violence? Really?

It seems to me humans were quit adept at murder prior to the invention of guns.

Dingbat Piglousy keeps wanting to try the same things over and over expecting different results.

Which means she doesn't really care about murder.

She wants PEOPLE CONTROL.
That means disarming YOU AND ME.

All of the controls mentioned in this article are already in place in California and they did not stop the shooting.

More feel good legislation, and none of it will make criminals change. So let's make some more infringements on the law abiding. Who's side are you on?
