U.S. Rep. Scalise recently cited the Second Amendment as how it saved his life because two police officers dealt with the shooter. I wonder if Rep. Scalise has even read that amendment.
The amendment necessitates "a well regulated Militia." While it does not explicitly include police officers, it clearly applies only to those who are trained in the use of firearms. |

No, it CLEARLY IS A RIGHT "OF THE PEOPLE" which can NOT " BE INFRINGED."
I think the vast majority of Americans need to take reading comprehension courses.
Start them in first grade and work them up to twelfth grade.
