1.) The government cannot "buyback" any gun since the govt didn't own them in the first place.
2.) Buying and selling is a matter of civil contract law. If I buy something you possess, it's because you wish to sell it and we agree on the price to be paid.
FORCING someone to surrender a firearm under some law is a confiscation, regardless of tossing them some $$ as a pallative.
Colin Noir was absolutly right. Kamelface Harris is absolutly promoting gun confiscation.
