| Should there be serious consequences for elected servants that willfully break the Oath of Office by willfully disregarding the Constitution, and willfully legislating unconstitutional laws, then demand compliance by issuing, to those that have sworn to uphold and defend the Constitution, an order to go and knowingly deprive law abiding citizens of their rights? TITLE 18, U.S.C., SECTION 242 explains the consequences for such decisions.. |
