There is no amendment that protects the right to own cars.
Excluding suicides, cars kill more people then guns.
This guys arguments have more fallacies than facts. The fact that he is obviously a gun hating liberal is all one needs to know. |

I've yet to read in the Bill of Rights, "the right of the people to keep and drive cars shall not be infringed."
What anyone may consider "commonsense" does not trump black-letter constitutional commands. |
