Shooting privileges should be a state function as it is for cars. But gun carry restrictions seem best handled by combining local and zoning restrictions to cover residential, business, school, farming and open country. Rural areas would default to conceal and carry with limited restrictions. Urban areas would limit conceal and carry by default. Restrictions would be defined at the municipality level.
By merging gun control with the existing vehicle registration system, Missouri would be able to feed data to all 50 states forming a single car/gun database. The yearly process would include the registration of all personal property, including purchase, sale, and theft or confiscation. |

Yet another dimwit who's blind to the difference between a commodity of privilege and one of a fundamental right.
Anything that even LEANS toward the ability of gov't confiscation violates the 2A command.
Translation: Mandatory registration of firearms streamlines the ability of gov't to wipe out the people's right to arms. |
