And this gun can be disabled remotely by a government-owned EMP generator, as can any electronic technology.

What I'D like to know is when the smart gun battery goes tits-up, does it default to locked up tight and unusable, or ordinary gun, anyone can use it? Both situations have their problems. And yes, EMP is another justified concern. |
