The above is from the firth amendment.
Where is the just compensation for turning in bump stocks.
This opens a whole new issue and sets a precedent for taking of private property such as guns in the future without paying for them.
Sounds like someone in Hawaii needs to step up and sue the state for violation of the constitution. |
