No charges will be filed in the shooting death of a 26-year-old man earlier this month in the Houston Moore public housing complex. Wilmington Police Department spokeswoman Cathryn Lindsay said Monday that Travis Coneil Dixon, 24, of Wilmington was acting in self defense when he shot Andraes De’Quan Bryant in the Greenfield Street neighborhood in the early evening hours of April 9. Bryant also lived in Wilmington. |
