Agents from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms, ATF, raided the Skelton Tactical gun shop, in Osage Beach, at approximately 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 9. According to the gun shop owner Jim Skelton, approximately fifteen agents entered the shop, seven deep, in full riot gear, bearing automatic weapons. “They questioned me as to how I had been selling firearms.” |

So the gestapo did this on their own or did some sheriff or police chief violate state law by assisting the gestapo? |

This smells of a "You SHALL go back to FEARING us" operation. They're mad that super deep state mass murderer chipman failed to become fuhrer. Bogus warrant means deep state criminal judge. I've tried to get republicans to contact their reps and demand cosponsors for

From another story:
"The raid occurred without coordination from local law enforcement."
So this entire raid was a purposeful violation of state law. |

Clearly revenge for the state's Second Amendment Preservation Act. These thugs know full well there's nothing here for any criminal charges. An 1800s black powder gun? REALLY atf? A super weak case for a so called straw purchase where you SET THE OWNER UP!? REALLY atf criminals? Taking the guy's phone is felony theft and obstruction. |

QUOTES
TO REMEMBER |
"Some people think that the Second Amendment is an outdated relic of an earlier time. Doubtless some also think that constitutional protections of other rights are outdated relics of earlier times. We The People own those rights regardless, unless and until We The People repeal them. For those who believe it to be outdated, the Second Amendment provides a good test of whether their allegiance is really to the Constitution of the United States, or only to their preferences in public policies and audiences. The Constitution is law, not vague aspirations, and we are obligated to protect, defend, and apply it. If the Second Amendment were truly an outdated relic, the Constitution provides a method for repeal. The Constitution does not furnish the federal courts with an eraser." --9th Circuit Court Judge Andrew Kleinfeld, dissenting opinion in which the court refused to rehear the case while citing deeply flawed anti-Second Amendment nonsense (Nordyke v. King; opinion filed April 5, 2004) |
