Since we already have ample examples of the perfidity and mendacity of the press, I see no "compelling reason" for ceding them unrestricted access to CCW holder's personal records outside of raw data regarding numbers issued and, perhaps, large scale geographic distribution.
Or, perhaps limited access might be granted provided whatever CCW individuals' information published is accompanied by the reporters, staff, editors, publishers and owners personal data at the same level. |
