The Williamson County attorney says that the fair kicking off Friday can still ban guns despite a recent state attorney general’s opinion suggesting otherwise.
County Attorney Bobby Cook argues that Williamson County Fair Association could still ban guns because the state law eliminating gun bans at parks should not apply because the site of the fair – the Agricultural Exposition Park – is more of “a civic center or other building facility” where firearms can still be prohibited. |

The entire fairgrounds is an 'other building facility'?
WTF is wrong with gov't officials in Tennessee?
And why can't they be deported to New Jersey? |
