republican SC gov tried to have the Confederate flag taken down, but got no help from the local NAACP chapter to legislate. Dems turned on him & used issue, his attempt, in the next election: some there said it cost him that election.

Bill Clinton as AR governor, celebrated Arkansas' Confederate history in ceremony, signing document and a star was placed on the AR flag to commemorate this Confederate link.
Roof was a US flag burning protester who hated America in her current form: only the Left in this country do that, not to include their fellow travelers abroad: islamists, Marxist-Leninist terrorists as well as run of the mill commies. |
