As long as we have it, prostituting attorneys will abuse it.
Since I cannot wave my magic wand and change 100,000 crooked prostitutes into honest prosecutors, civil forfeiture must be eliminated. |

Legal theft.
At the very least, they should have to appear before a judge within 48 hours and provide proof of illegal activity to keep assets confiscated from an individual not charged with a crime. |
