    | "Dale Norman and his attorneys had their way, Floridians would be able to exercise their Second Amendment right to bear arms by openly carrying guns on public streets."

"Fortunately, the 4th District Court of Appeals ruled against Norman last week in a case justices describe as the first of its kind, finding the state's ban on open carry is constitutional. It is a rare victory for proponents of sensible gun laws in a state known for lax and nonsensical firearms legislation."

The central suspects in the terrorist activity are Sahaib Mamun Saltan, 20, from Hebron, and his cousin Salam Abbas Saltan, 28, a Hamas military operative who in recent years served a term in Israeli prison and was, on another occasion, held in administrative detention. During the arrests, explosive devices and weapons allegedly meant to be use in the terror attacks were confiscated.
