Unfortunately, for nearly a hundred years, Congress has not acted as though the enumerated Powers in the Constitution constrain it in any real way.
Social Security? No provision for retirement funding in the Constitution.
National Parks? Also not referenced anywhere.
Welfare? Nope.
Charity of any kind? Not there.
Education of the young? Not listed.
It's all about power and control, people. All those $$$ come with strings, and the marionettes must dance. |
