They've only been in session for a week.
You would think that they would have more important things to do.
This is a fine example of what we should expect when the democrats get complete control of any state or federal legislature. |

This "Republics Constitution" has rules that elected servants must follow in order to protect the individual rights of the minority from the demands of the majority. Repeat after me : I pledge allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America, and to the "REPUBLIC" for which it stands, One Nation under God, Indivisible, with Liberty and Justice for all. QUOTES
TO REMEMBER |
Those, who have the command of the arms in a country are masters of the state, and have it in their power to make what revolutions they please. [Thus,] there is no end to observations on the difference between the measures likely to be pursued by a minister backed by a standing army, and those of a court awed by the fear of an armed people. — Aristotle, as quoted by John Trenchard and Water Moyle, An Argument Shewing, That a Standing Army Is Inconsistent with a Free Government, and Absolutely Destructive to the Constitution of the English Monarchy [London, 1697]. |
