FreeKentucky.com -- The home of
Indiana State Militia Commander Guy Poore was raided today by the BATF Nazis
over an alleged illegal gun sale.
Poore is a licensed gun dealer. He had been away for a doctor’s appointment
when agents "tore his house apart."
They were still there waiting for him when he got home.
"They swarmed me. Before I could get out of the truck the swarmed
me," Poore said. "They were real professional, no guns drawn."
Poore is still not clear on the charges against him. "The only thing
they told me today was I made a deal with one of their men. I supposedly sold a
gun to a supposedly known felon."
The Nazis told Poore they weren’t going to arrest him today but that he
would probably lose his license and probably go to jail.
"I’ve been halfway expecting them. This has everything to do with what
KC and Smitty did. But Smitty wasn’t actually involved in that," Poore
said. "It was the undercover cops who were investigating them who came up
here and bought the weapon."
He was referring to two men who have been allegedly involved in drug dealing
and in an alleged plot to attack the performance of a play at an Indiana
University.
The reaction from the southern side of the Ohio has been swift. Kentucky
State Militia Commander Charlie Puckett has put the state on level 2 Alert.
"They’re starting to move on innocent people now. He’s got a heart
condition. They’re wanting to take him into the hospital and operate,"
Puckett said. "This is the thanks we get for the help they got."
Both Puckett and Poore cooperated with the Indiana State Police and the FBI
in the investigation of the two ISM militia members who were arrested earlier
this week.
Poore feels he is being wrongly targeted after he had notified the agencies
of what the militiaman had planned. "I told them it was a terroristic
act."
"If they’re moving on him for that they’ll move on anybody for
anything," Puckett said.
