I have been asked by Devona Puckett,
Charlie's wife, to ask that the defense fund be reestablished in order that
he fight this court case and win not only for himself but for the others
that this precedent will help other cases across the nation.
We feel that we have good attorneys and a
chance to win out in this situation.
All prayers would be greatly appreciated as
well as any donations no matter how small. A letter will be forthcoming from
Mrs. Puckett after the Take Back Kentucky meeting tomorrow in Lexington,
Kentucky. Mrs. Puckett and Charlie Jr. will both be at the meeting.
All monies are deposited directly in the
account and are handled by no one individual.

Directions to meeting:
April 6 - Lexington - The Lexington meeting
are for those in Northern Kentucky as well as London, Somerset and the
Richmond area.
Ryan's Steak House is on Red Mile Road. The
meeting begins at 1:00 PM Eastern. Lexington Meetings are the first Saturday
of every other month at the same place and time. This is for members from
Southeastern Kentucky as well as other interested individuals This is not a
closed meeting.
