The
Pictures Say It All
1) The States' Wishes
Somehow, this image below isn't
enough to keep the Gone 2000 camp from striking out on overly ambitious lawsuits
to attempt to claim Florida as their own. We should not be surprised by this
strategy. After all, this is how the Demoncrats are attempting
to destroy the gun manufacturers. But this picture tells us clearly that the
majority of the nation isn't interested in being Gored.
Bush -- 29 states
Gore -- 20 states
A lot more red on that image.
The majority of the states want
Bush.
2) The Ballot Going to
Court
Demoncrats, sore at losing in
Florida, have claimed that this ballot was confusing. According to USAToday,
three wayward souls in Palm Beach Country are "claiming the punch-card
ballot was so confusing that they accidentally voted for Reform Party candidate
Pat Buchanan instead of Vice President Al Gore." The alleged
confusion is cited as the justification for a lawsuit
the Gone 2000 camp has initiated.
The dark, black arrow points
directly at the Algore hole, stopping 1/4 of an inch from the place where a
voter makes her or his mark. AL GORE's name is spelled in bold type and in all caps,
JOE LIEBERMAN's name is too, and people were standing by to answer any questions any illiterate people might
have.
Any judge that would rule in favor
of striking this ballot and supporting a recall would be asking for trouble in
spades.
Inez Rosado, President of South
Florida Firearms Owners, told KeepAndBearArms.com today:
"We have members who live
in every county in question in Florida. The ballot was in print so large even
King George could see which hole to punch -- without his spectacles.
The plain truth is that the Buchanan votes matched the numbers expected from
those counties via voter registrations and previous elections. They are
looking for a needle in a haystack, because they lost."
Amen, Inez. Thanks for the
report.
