"The issue of guns--once seen as a potential winner for Democrats--is now threatening the party's prospects of keeping the White House and regaining control of Congress, according to strategists and officials with both major parties." ~~~ Which is why Gore didn't even invest his whole three minutes answering the gun question in Debate Three...he changed the subject entirely, like a good little coward -- who doesn't even have real convictions, just political aspirations. |

Reported in the San Angelo Standard-Times:
Dr. Tim Emerson was found not guilty of endangerment of a child and aggravated assault in State District Court by a Tom Green County jury made up of nine women and two men.
The two state felony charges were in addition to federal charges of possessing a firearm while under a restraining order in 1998.
The jury deliberated for just more than an hour before acquitting Emerson of both charges. |

A book titled "Arming America - Origins of a National Gun Culture", was written by Michael A. Bellesiles, a slimy anti-gun history professor. He claims that guns were rare in America before the civil war and Americans had little interest in them.
Famous firearms scholar Clayton Cramer looks into the references provided by Bellesiles and exposes his blatant distortion of the facts.

"Smith & Wesson is cutting about 15 percent of its work force, blaming slumping sales and a boycott by buyers angry over its gun-safety deal with the government."
"The company said Thursday about 125 workers, including some managers, would be laid off within the next week at the company's Springfield, Mass., plant." ~~~ Too bad we can't get enough money together to buy them. |

Guy had his hands around a lady cop's throat and was threatening to kill her. He'd been in trouble with the law 10 times, including a felony, and he attacks a cop, is told to stop, threatens to kill her, and can only be subdued by a bullet.
Good shot, officer. THANK YOU for getting rid of a RAT!! |

Fox News Strikes Again, nailing down some truth (but covering it up with quotes from the NRA website!!) on the Pitchfork Killer in California. GOOD.
But go read the NRA site, toward the bottom of the article, toward the bottom of that page to get infuriated NRA: "It is the individual gun owner's responsibility to understand and follow all laws regarding gun purchase, ownership, storage, transport, etc."
Of course, this includes laws that require women to be RAPED!! |
