The good crowd that turned out Saturday at the Salina Gun Show was probably due to unseasonably warm weather and the high school state wrestling championship going on at the Bicentennial Center, the shows promoter said.

But promoter Gary Peckham said the Wichita show he lost some of his usual dealers to would probably do a blockbuster business because of its proximity to the mass shooting at a Hesston lawnmower parts manufacturing plant two days ago.
