A 21-year-old Dearborn Heights man accused by the FBI of being an ISIS supporter and planning an attack on an area church is due in federal court on Monday for a detention hearing.

The criminal complaint doesn’t identify which church Abu-Rayyan was allegedly planning on targeting.

"It's easy, and a lot of people go there. Plus, people are not allowed to carry guns in church. Plus, it would make the news. Everybody would've heard. Honestly, I regret not doing it. If I can't do jihad in the Middle East, I would do my jihad over here."

We are for more liberty for everyone."

 QUOTES TO REMEMBER
...but if circumstances should at any time oblige the government to form an army of any magnitude, that army can never be formidable to the liberties of the people, while there is a large body of citizens, little if at all inferior to them in discipline and use of arms, who stand ready to defend their rights... — Alexander Hamilton speaking of standing armies in Federalist No. 29.
